Traditional Thai Massage

Thai Massage is a therapeutic technique that originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago. It is deeply rooted in the principles of Thai medicine. The practitioner uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines. It incorporates various techniques such as acupressure and stretching to stimulate blood flow, relieve muscle tension and pain, which helps to promote overall well-being.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. It is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that can be used to alleviate stress, reduce pain, accelerate healing, enhance relaxation, and support overall health and wellness. It’s often described as a deeply calming and soothing experience, leaving recipients feeling renewed, refreshed, and more balanced.

EMMETT Technique

The Emmett Technique is a gentle body therapy using light finger pressure on specific points to relieve pain and improve movement. Benefits include; rapid pain relief, increased mobility (range of motion), reduced muscle tension, and enhanced overall well-being. Developed by Ross Emmett, it addresses muscle imbalances and promotes physical and emotional health.

Medical Acupuncture

Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling) is a therapeutic technique that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate physiological responses. Based on traditional Chinese medicine, integrating ancient wisdom with modern science to promote optimal well-being. Its benefits include pain relief for acute and chronic conditions such as; back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines etc.

Hi, welcome to the world of mindful movement and holistic wellness! I’m Paul, a dedicated Yoga teacher, CrossFit trainer and Holistic therapist on a mission to inspire others to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits.

After years of navigating the corporate world, I decided to embark on a transformative journey, following my heart’s calling into the realm of health, fitness & wellness. I left behind the confines of my 9-5 to pursue a more meaningful path—one centered around well-being, peace and balance.

My approach to teaching is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a profound respect for each individual’s unique journey. Regardless of ability and experience, my classes and treatments offer a welcoming space for exploration, growth, healing and self-discovery.

Beyond the yoga mat, gym and massage bed, you’ll often find me immersed in the pages of a captivating book or embarking on adventures in our trusty van, exploring the beauty of nature. These moments of stillness and exploration inspire and inform my teaching, infusing it with a sense of wonder and curiosity.

I believe that true health encompasses not only physical fitness but also mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. Through my classes, workshops, and treatment sessions, I aim to empower individuals to cultivate a holistic approach to wellness.

Hi! I’m Kelly, a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and mindful living. I offer a holistic approach to wellness, addressing both physical and energetic aspects of healing, through Restorative and Yin Yoga, Thai massage, Reiki healing, and Emmett Technique.

Having worked in youth work for many years, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of holistic well-being in nurturing and supporting individuals. Motivated by a desire to provide more comprehensive care, I embarked on a journey to explore the world of holistic therapy.

Leaving my career in youth work was a leap of faith, but it has led me to a path that aligns with my true purpose and passion. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and to continue learning and growing in this fulfilling field.

My expertise in Restorative and Yin Yoga helps clients find deep relaxation and release of tension, while my Thai massage techniques provide therapeutic touch and promote flexibility.

As a Reiki practitioner and Emmett therapist, I work with the body’s energy systems to bring balance and harmony, facilitating healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

When I’m not guiding yoga classes or facilitating healing sessions, you can often find me tending to my vegetable garden at the allotment, and when it’s time to recharge and unwind, nothing beats escaping to the beach in our beloved van, to surf and watch the sunset.

I’m truly honoured to be a part of your wellness journey, and I look forward to supporting you on your path to vibrant health and well-being.
